Pacific Columns/Architectural Depot This Company Does Not Stand Behind Their Products Brea California

As you can see from other reviews, this is a company to avoid like the plague.  They also go by Architectural Depot and that's who we ordered approx. $2500.00 worth of crown molding and baseboards last year in May for my son's 3 story building renovation project in Brooklyn, NY.  As with any construction project, laborers are lined up one after another to do their part.  After painting of all 3 floors, we were ready for the crown molding.  To our horror, when they began to install it, we realized that each piece we had been sent was a different width on each end.  It took hours of extra work with caulking and paint, to disguise the problem but we couldn't hold up the whole project to return the molding and wait for a replacement.  Eventually after being forced to write a complaint letter to the Better Business Bureau in San Diego, they refunded the entire amount for the crown molding.  That was in June of 2015.  In August, when it was time to install the baseboards, once again to our horror, each of the pieces of baseboard were a different width at each end.  Again costing us hours of extra labor to trick the eye into not seeing the discrepancy.  It has now been months of trying to get a refund for the $1700+ we spent on basically unusable materials.  I have now registered another complaint with the BBB and I will be filing a case in Small Claims Court to attempt to get our money back.  So, in warning, DO NOT ORDER FROM PACIFIC COLUMNS OR ARCHITECTURAL DEPOT!!!  They don't stand behind their product and in general are sadly lacking in integrity.  You've been warned!
