I ordered some photo albumns and pages in August of this year, 2015. They took out my payment on 8/8 of $144. I have tried several times to contact them by phone and email. By phone I only ever get voicemail that they will return my call as quickly as possible. Emails state they will reach out to me within 24-48 hours. To date, I have not heard back from them and wished I would have looked here first. The last message I left was a threat to contact Consumer Protection. Who would have thought a company that produces photo albumns would rip you off? They spent the money for catalogs and web advertising. Does anyone know if we can go to the bank and press charges to get our money back? I've seen several people who are still waiting to get their money back on this site and it has been a year or more. I have tried to google the CEO of the company as well with no information found.
