Found ArchiveFee on line advertising that they provided background checks on individuals. Filled in the information and believed it would cost $1.00. Paid the $1.00 fee and then discovered I had been charged an additional $19.95 without my permission. Their additional fee is obviously well hidden and not being advertised as an additional cost. Took 2 days to even get an access code to attempt to get a report on an individual and then got ZERO. No report was generated and or viewable. Contacted ArchiveFee via email and fax and have received no response to inquiry on 12/31/2012. Have not received notification that my account has been credited back for all fees charged, but will continue to pursue this company and it's deceptive activities. DO NOT use this company or believe anything it advertises.
