At least 5 former and current residents of Archstone in Marina del Rey (Fiji & Lincoln), have reported the following:
-stolen valuables from apartments after maintenence or the very elusive "security" officers entered when no one was home to "fix" things
-physical assaults on women and one attempted on a male by security
-possible voyeurism by workers
-Office lost at least two residents' CDLs or Identification Cards
-up to three days waiting for maintenence to fix severely damaged plumbing/toilets/washer+driers
-dramatic rent increases for renewing leases
-overall financial and security negligence and inattentiveness
*I got out of my lease w/out having to pay Archstone more than the rent I already owed them with the help of a very good lawyer in Torrance, CA. Post here if you'd like his name, and I'll be in touch with you. He is a legit, honest, prompt person with a successful firm.)
