Archstone Long Beach Continuing the long tradition of padding extra fraudulent charges on to your move out bill. Long beach California

I lived in this apt for a year. After management tried to raise my rent by 200 dollars I moved out, that's when the problems started. As per the numerous other complaints about archstone on this website archstone tried to charge me numerous move out fees like carpet cleaning, clean up, glazing, painting. I provided them with pictures and video of the unit after I cleaned and moved out, because i read reviews on yelp.com about their excessive charges when moving. Management them removed the charges for cleanup only. They also did not return my deposit.

After trying to deal with management and corporate I gave up Their collections agency

Called me about 20 times. I talked to them a few times without any success in resolving the issue Theye also called my family home and brothers phone. Which theye got from archstone
