ARCUS nearshore Arcus Insurance non paid , severance was not paid , comissions not paid Internet

Arcus Nearshore is a company that provides outsourcing services in Costa Rica it is a company that was founded in PA in harrisburg and it "moved" its operations to Costa RIca 3 years ago, this company is Managed by its C.E.O Ronald Douglas Firestone known best as Doug Firestone.

Doug has been avoiding to pay the Costa Rican Social Security known as "la Caja" Known as CCSS ( Caja Costarricense de seguro Social) for the past 7 months but he deducts the ammount each month to all employees, ofcourse only the employees are afected by this!

This can be seen publicly at www.ccss.sa.cr/  Consulta de morosidad, cedula juridica 3102537326 today he shows he owes 66 million colones over 100K and that is costing us the employees our pension fund and FCL which is our retirement money.

Besides this Doug doesnt want to pay the employees liquidation and acording to him in his own words " I CAN LEAVE THE COUNTRY AND THATS IT! LIABILLITY DOESNT FOLLOW ME TO THE US" this make all of you American Bussines man that come to Costa RIca look very bad!
