Area 809 Auto Worx Charged me to install new parts and never did, used old parts. Orlando Florida

I own a honda civic, I had a small front end collision and I took to Area 809 Auto Worx because of a referall. Alex the owner gave me a verbal estimate and I know I needed it in writing but I new a guy that worked there as well.

Alex promised to fix the front end of my car and he so called did with all the talking he did. My cousin saw the work he did and we took it to another bodyshop and the guy said it looked like he used pliers to straighted out the upper radiator support and thats why my headlights did not line up right with the hood of my car. We took it back to Area 809 and explained to Alex that we were not happy with the job and that the work was off by 4 inches, his replie was you can't notice it at all and that he was trying to save me some money. My cousin told him to fix the problem we paid for and he told us to leave. Later that day we found out that he is not covered by insurance and and is not licensed to apporate a bodyshop, or handle hazardus materials. I did a background check on the owner as well Alex Dejesus, and he also has a criminal record for auto theft in New York, New York.

I have contacted the proper authorities about this problem, Orlando fire marshall, county code enforcement, he has refused to resolve this issue and he is rude.
