We worked for this drug crazed maniac for several of his jobs. He would have us work while he was too busy off running around with his wife and mistresses spending all of his money on booze,drugs, and woman. He would show up late in the afternoon or evenings or if at all, say good work guys, then see what he could steal from his customers. he would overcharge his customers for materials and jobs then pocket the cash. When it came time to pay us, he would be a no show.

He doesnt answer his phones, and then when we did track him down it would be some sob story about whatever he could come up with. Weeks would pass and we would get partial payments for our work only. At first, we didnt know any better. After months of this, we finally found out who the real guy was. We found out that he would get paid by employers but spend the money on his mistresses, wife, drugs, booze, himself, everything but his hard working employees. This is a warning to any future workers or potential employers. This guy is a joke.

If he actually has to do the work himself, then WATCH OUT! He is a hack. He hires professionals to do the work for him, then skips out on pay days. He is gone for days on lustful,drug induced binges,then claims to be a nice,hardworking father. He uses anybody and everybody to get his woman And drugs no matter what. Be careful because he is a very slick and believable manipulator. Dont fall for his smpathetic cries and routines because that is one of his most powerful tactics! Ken monilaw and area construction and affiliates or other business name he uses are bad news for any parties involved. Beware all of you, beware. We had to find out the hard way when we never got paid and our tools came up missing. Dont let this be you
