I am Certified Mobile Notaries since 2000 and I was intentional swindled for HVR Mobile Notaries for the amount of $1215.00, for completed notarial services between August to October 2013.
The real ower of this company is Argelia Giron Porres,who filed for federal indentification with DBA HVR Mobile Notaries, and Hector Vides is not the legal owner, maybe he is a relative of Ms. Giron Porres.
I filed compleint with the San Diego City Attorney Consumer and Environmental Protection Unit, and they claim my $1215.00 money loos, falls under the SDDA's jurisdictions.
Mr. Renee Wharton, Inverstigator of San Diego City Attorney' s Office , claim that my $1215.00, are not significant amount of money to investigate HVR aka ARGELIA GIRON PORRES; Lawyers Title Company, Quality Escrow and other company who received my job completed claimed they all ready paid to HVR.
Also, about the owner employees of manager of HVR, they were in complicity to swindled notaries all over USA; because they know they are protected for the bureaucracy in our legal system.
