Argent- Ameriquest - AMC MORTGAGE ripoff fraudulent closing documents determined to accuire my property Orange California

Who am I doing business with anyway? One month it is Argent, the next it is Ameriquest, and now it is AMC Mortgage. After failing to come to a solution to my three missed payments, I was forced to file Chapter 13.

Somehow along the way after a year it got dismissed and I have had to go thru everything to get it reintated. AMC has refused to accept my payments, filed a motion to release it from the Chapter 13, and fraulently acussed me of being 4 months behind not only in additional paments, but late fees as well.

I have a hearing later this month for a judge to decide this. But after reveiwing my closing statements, there are so many things that were changed. The due date was to be 20th of month not the 1st. INTEREST RATE increased mystriously, and money to be paid to me at closing went from 750 to 32.

I HAVE tried endlessly to resolve this before filing Chapter 13, but their solution was to send them 5,000 dollars and increased my monthly payment by 650. a month. I had to leave a well paying job because of an illness, and receive disbility. ONE check a month to last. Where do they think I'm going to get it from?

ALL I can figure out is that my property has more equitity and a good deal for them and they are bound and determined to get it at any cost...lying, deception. Who ever said they don't want your property can't prove it by me...I quess I'll find out soon.
