Argosy University/Dr. Irwin Banks Ripped off my money, failed to provide quality education Nationwide

I plan on posting additional and more extensive information soon. I will file complaints with the accreditation boards.

In short, I started the degree program with Argosy at the Los Angeles campus in 2018. My acceptance into the doctorate program was contingent on finishing 7 master level courses in psychology. When I started my internship, my sister lapsed into a coma. This was in 2010. This is documented. She came out of the coma several weeks later. I was her primary caretaker I was also offered permanent employment. I withdrew from the internship. I followed protocol. I met with my clients and helped transition them to another intern. My site coordinator said that was fine. I was shocked when I was later informed that my instructor filed a complaint with the school review board. She refused to grade my comp exams. To this day (that was in 2010), she has not been held accountable. Subsequently, I enrolled online. I finished my core classes. I failed the comps. I felt pressured to take them, but I knew I was not ready. I did not do well. Life showed up again. I had medical issues and the building where I resided was torn down. Someone set the garages on fire weeks prior to the date that we had to vacate the building. At approximately 2 am on the morning that I had to move, someone attempted to break in my apartment. This happened in 2016. All of this is legitimately documented. I was sick and homeless.. My issues with Argosy have been ongoing. This year, I contacted the reentry coordinator, Dr. Irwin Banks in 2/2018. He requested documentation of my eviction and medical issues. I sent him the information. He claimed that he had to follow up with the registrar. So, here I am an ABCD doctoral student, all but comps and dissertation. No one will answer my phone calls or emails. I am currently working with Michael Cox at Cal Southern to apply for that program.
