Ariana Studios Rude and Horrible to work with! Floral Park New York

When my husband and I booked them to do our photography and videographer we were so excited to work with them! They gave us tons of papers to fill out so that way the photographer would know who and what we wanted with our pictures as because on the day of our wedding we will be so overwhelmed and don’t want anything missed. We went on a payment plan with them so that when our day came we would be all paid. Jeff had made it seem like he was giving us all of these enlargements and promises of our wedding album and we were soo thrilled!!...Well now my wedding day is here and just like Jeff said we were swamped!! I had 100% trust that everything i handed in was going to happen and everyone that we requested pictures with never got their pictures with us although i have to say our pictures did come out amazing. I can’t really complain about that but when it came to the days after my wedding it was hell. Getting the staff on the phone to go over enlargements and album and video was like pulling teeth! The women that work in the office are rude as can be and are always looking to make you feel like a speck of dirt when they do things wrong. They don’t keep track of things well at all, they had all of my payment information screwed up and kept telling us that we owed them money when we brought them all of the finalized paid receipts, they didn’t keep track of our enlargements at all and then when we complained Jeff would "throw in" more enlargements which was like pulling teeth to get them actually made up. It took them 6 months to get us our thank you cards, they messed up the album 5 times and it was a mess.

The work they did on our video was horrible!! Nothing matched up there was cursing in the video, bubbling and sun glair all over the place and the only editing they did was the random clips that made no sense they put together and charged almost $2000 for. They had no personal touch to it at all! We handed in pictures and music selections and what they gave us was junk! We don’t even think they watch what they hand to their clients that they just do such basic basic work anyone can do and hand over junk! Even the cover had the title wedding video and it wasn’t even cut and placed in the package properly. 

They promise the world and don’t deliver!
