I have been trying to get my wedding album and video for 9 months with no less than 20 phone calls.  On July 28, 2011 my husband and I brought in our wedding proofs, and everything needed in order to create out wedding album and video.  I was told by Jeff Arturo that I would receive a proof in about 3 weeks.  About 4 months went by without hearing a word from anyone.  During this time my mother was ill and hospitalized so the album was not at the top of my list.

I eventually called and spoke with Pat with had no idea what I was talking about even though she is usually the person who handles the albums.  She had to check with Jeff who I was told would call me the next day.  A week went by before I called again and finally got Jeff who had no idea what I was talking about it took almost a month of me calling them before I was finally  sent an email proof which jeff told me once I gave the ok would take 2 weeks.  I was told by the email sender it would actually take 30-40 days. 

On March 29th I again spoke with Jeff who said everything meaning my album and video would be ready to pick up on Tuesday April 3rd.  My husband called to say he would pick everything up on Thursday April 5th at 1pm.  We were called Wed April 4th that the appt had to be changed to 730pm.  Since my husband and I were unable to do that my husband said he would come pick everything up at 1pm on Friday April 6th.  When he arrived he was told the video was not yet there and "the guy" should be there in half an hour".  After that half hour he was told the video would be delivered to our home.

Arianna Studios has been the worst experience of my life.  I have never had to constantly harrass and chase any vendor whom I was paying to get what I paid for.  I suggest to anyone looking at this company to keep looking unless you want headaches, double talk and blatant lies.  I do  not know how they do business as they do without any regard for their customers but I do know I will tell any and everyone I meet to start far away from these people.  I wish someone had warned me so I could have saved myself the time, money and aggravations.
