I bought a DDR German Shepherd puppy form this breeder on 12-29-16. He promised to send the AKC puppy papers on the pup in front of my son-in-law and two grandsons. He never offered a contract, just an immunizaton record. His Guarantee on his website and Facebook states puppy papers will be sent within 90 days of purchase.
I have called him several times, kept record of the dates I spoke with him. Each time he promised to get the registration sent to AKC. Never happened.
I plan to call the AZ Atty. General's office to see if AZ Title 44 applies to him. I even left a message on his phone and sent him a text of what I was prepared to do. As of this date, 11-28-17, I have not been able to speak to him. Now when I call, I get a recording his voicemail is full. I believe he is not complying with the law, and since he will only accept cash payments, I would bet he does not report his income to the IRS. I plan to check that out too.
Do Not Buy A Dog From Him. I paid $1800.00 for a dog I cannot register!!! My neighbors bought two pups from him before I realized what kind of breeder he was. They also have not received puppy papers, and they are Chndler, AZ police officers! What nerve this guy has! Do not buy from this breeder and warn others!
