Arizona department of child support enforcement has failled to collect child support for my daughter even though they know where her father is. They have made excuses as to why they are unable to collect the $20,000 I am due in past due support. I have even written letters to government officials, Gov. Janet Napolitano and recieved nothing. My daughter will be 18 in August and it seems as if getting the money I am owed will never happen.
Amy Finn is suppose to be the worker handling my case yet she has messed up at evey turn. I have provided everything from genetic testing to court orders and yet they cant do the job they are paid to do.
My case was established in Utah and they were able to collect and enforce the court orders without any problems, as soon as my case was transfered from Utah to Arizona it became a neverending nightmare. I would hope that Arizona would at least higher qualified people to handle enforcing court orders instead of having incompetent people do the job.
