Arizona Department of Child Support Services Never have I ever encountered so many people that all had no idea what's going on, can't help you, and really serve no purpose at all whatsoever. Phoenix Arizona

Since my first dealings with them 8 years ago when they accused some man of being my daughter's father and never informing him or his wife that he in fact wasn't my daughter's father, I never met that man in my life, and have no clue who he was when I clearly gave them information on where he was living, leaving me to deal with this man's wife who found me on Facebook and messaged me because she was going to leave her husband over it. To wrongfully being charged a yearly collections fee for 8 years and finally when someone actually does their job there and sees I was correct all along and refunds me the fee for the last 8 years, she screws that up and it's somehow counted as a support payment so I'm still out money. You can't speak to your "caseworker " without calling customer service, waiting on hold for at least 30 mins and then they have 1 week to call u back. Which almost never happens. I don't even think case manager should be a job. Eliminate that position entirely. They have no purpose at all what so ever. I found missing payments, payments that were dated for the future from the past, payments I never received, and I've told countless people and no one can explain where this money disappeared from. I look on their website it says a payment was received and low and behold, I still don't have it, it's not showing up online anymore and my bills are late because I relied on what i saw and was told and now there's no record of that payment even have been received by them at all. He mailed it last week. None of my payments are received on a consistent schedule, the amounts are never consistent and again not 1 single person knows why, or does anything about it.
