I used Arizona Premium Finance back in 2014-2015. I cancelled my policy in April of 2015 to get livery insurance. Just recently I was checking my credit report and I see that APF had reported a frivolous debt in violation of the FCRA. I contacted APF this morning about my account. I then had to contact Allstate to verify the information APF gave me and the information APF gave me was incorrect. When I tried calling APF a woman kept hanging up on me and refused to give me her name. I had to call 15 times just to get back in touch with someone at APF. The first time I called, I spoke with a gentleman with an accent who said they paid Allstate a total amount of $1,223.

I then called allstate back to find out what happened to the extra money and to confirm how much the policy was which they advised me it was $1,184 and in December it went up $39 due to my ABS discount being retracted. I then called AFP back and spoke to "Diane". This "Diane" lady told me they only paid $1,204 to Allstate. I told her I would call her back after I spoke with Allstate again. I called Allstate back and spoke with Ron. Ron advised me that APF only sent them $953. In January, Allstate reimbursed APF $107 for my accident prevention course, and $355 in April when I cancelled the policy. Allstate also said they billed APF $545 for a premium which APF NEVER paid. I then called APF back again and Diane said she was transferring me to the collections department.

When I got transferred to Craig, I asked what department I was in and Craig said there was no specific department and he answers general questions. I asked Craig how much APF paid to Allstate and he said that they only paid $1,061. I began to question him on why the numbers keep changing every time I call and it seems like fraud. I also advised that tis is violating my rights and the FCRA by reporting a frivolous account. I got transferred to Jay, president of the company. He hung up on me after I said I was contacting the BBB. This company is a SCAM and will steal your money, ruin your credit report, lie to your face numerous times, hang up on you, and belittle you and call you names like a child. Do not use them to finance your insurance unless you want to lose money. The so called "president" of the company acts like a child.
