Please contact me if you have had bad business with ARIZONA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND INVESTMENTS, either as a landlord or tenant. I would like to file a class action suit against them because they are Currupt. IF you have worked with them or for them you know how they run their business and they must be stopped!!

I withhead my security deposit and told them to use it as the last months rent because they had already broke many laws during the rental lease. I did not want to allow them to keep my deposit unlawfully as well "claiming" damages or cleaning, all of which is heavily documented by me showing the condition of entry and exit of this property. They still attempted to charge for items that are WEll WITHIN normal wear and tear, like dust on blinds, and all of which are documented in the lease as 'NO CLEANING DEPOSIT" or CLEANING NEEDED upon exit. However, they kept my small pet deposit claiming spots on carpet, which I have 25 pictures of those spots upon movein. Now, they will pay double the deposit back to me because they kept the deposit unlawfully. Double back is the law. PLEASE READ THE LANDLORD / TENANT ACT. know your ground to stand on!! Do not let companies like this cheat you. 

THEY ARE BULLIES.
