Working for this company is such a waste of time. These losers go door to door in all types of weather and sell coupon books to people. The only reason people buy them is because they feel like they are helping a legitimate cause when really the cause only gets 50 cents. Not only that but the corporate company CMS or Cause Marketing Solutions can't even keep a working phone number because so many people want to see this company gone. The parent company is Smart Circle, make sure and check out all of these companies. The "owners" love to tell you they make 6 figures a year and they try their best to spend so much money in front of you but most of the time they are sooo cheap they can't afford the necessities because they blow all their money trying to impress their recruits. 6 figures my A** most of you make less than $25,000/yr. This is mostly the owners now if you're in the field you might make $12,000-$15,000. That's if you work 6-7 days a week and at 10-12 hours a day. I actually worked with these people. The owners I met never really had anything nice. Maybe a car but for making 6 figures you'd think these guys would have nice furniture maybe a nice house. They should be able to get some nice suits too but most of them are goodwill shopping or hand me down suits. Oh and if you decide to quit you will be called a loser or a pus*y or something along those lines. This company does something some what similar to brain washing. They will try to keep you from family and friends and constantly working and they will try to make you feel guilty if you want a day off. You are always the negative one and will always get the blame. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. All of the owners/managers lie. Some of the managers didn't even have teeth. That's right....black teeth, didn't shower and this guy is supposed to be hiring you. So before you go out and Sweat Your Balls Off and get stuck out in some neighborhood all day with this company because you agreed to a 8-9 hour interview save your time. You're better off selling seashells on a beach somewhere. Exactly. It just doesn't make sense.

In response to this report, I would like to say I work for the company. I am aware of the practice of management and upper management.
Some managers/owners in our organization do enhance the truth of their situation to make themselves look good. These are also managers/owners that do not make it in this organization and usually quit or get asked to leave the company after a short amout of time, usually 6 months to a year. I would have to say that any company you work for there are people that enhance their situation to make themselves look good, but at the end of the day you or I both know who these people are and for lack of a better word we can call them posers.
All in all I have worked for this company for approxmately 3 years. Under the given situation it is normally someone that could not make it in the company that usually writes on these sites. It's worked for myself and many other people out there that work for this organization.
I am sure that anywhere you work you will find managers that you just have to look at and wonder how they get into the position they are in. Not everone out there is a super star. I wish that were true. I would be retired by now. I have owend several business and know that employees that want it the most will work the hardest. As for the rest, well let's just say some will some won't.
I do know the manager that the individual was talking about in this report and I cannot understand how it has anything to do with Arizona Sports Promotions? The manager in question ran an office in the midwest and ultimately was asked to leave the organization shortly after he started running the office. It is just good business practice to NOT let and individual like the one described in the report to run an office or a city for that matter. We still have to give the opportunity to every individual regardless of race, religion, sex, creed, or if they need some dental work done.
As for Arizona Sports Promotions we are a very competitive office, and when it comes down to this economy we will do whatever it takes to be the number one office in the U.S. but this does not mean lie to people or enhance the truth of our situation.
