Arizona Tractor Sales Misrepresented condition of Tire, Internet

On June10,2011 I Called Arizona Tractor Sales and talked to Jack Raebold, I was looking for a 8.3/22 tractor tire. Jack told me he had one in excellent condition. He quoted a price of $200. A day later (6/11/11)  jack called and told me it needed a boot to repair tire, quoted a price of $100. Two days later (06/13/11) he called and told me the tire was in excellent condition, it wasn't as bad as he had thought. He told me this was great news and the tire was in excellent condition.

Jack then said " Since the tire is in such good condition, I'll take $175. I told him I was in Silver City New Mexico and if it was that good, I'd pick it up. I drove to Chandler Az. , he still assured me of it's excellent condition. I'm disabled and had to wait two weeks to mount the tire. On 7/5/11, I had the tire mounted at the cost of $40. The tire shop didn't know if the tire would last very long. I drove two miles and the tire split a gash od 7 inches. The tube came out of the tire and blew out. 

The tire was on back of my truck without any weight. I called ARIZONA tractor sales and spoke to Jack. He said he would refund $25 and nothing else. I told him that was a ripoff and I took hid word on the condition of the tire. Jack said" you didn't have to take my word, you could have not believed me and not picked up the tire." Now here I am out over $200 and a business that doesn't care if they misrepresent their services as long as they make a dollar.
