Arjay's Window Fashions MR.B's Blinds, John Edwards, STOLE MY MONEY! NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT! PLEASE HELP! Ventura, Los Angeles, California

If you hold a triple A (AAA) rating with the BBB, why when I search your name on www.bbb.org does it state that "THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED"?  This means you are not a member of the BBB and would make your comments and claiming of being triple A rated false.

My husband and I purchased our shutters and blinds from Arjays and we could not be happier. We had NO problems whatsoever and the experience was nothing but positive. John came to our home and assisted in picking out what word work best for our home and our budget. They showed up on the scheduled day to install them, and showed up on time, completed the project in a timely manner and did an excellent job.

Therefore I totally disagree with this review, it is far fetched and seems highly unlikely that this person actually placed an order.  It appears to be more like a person trying to just make someone else look bad.

To the Public:

I was recently made aware of this posting be a fellow window covering contractor who was the recipient of a similar post [i.e. same day, same time, same erroneous information].  This post from a fictitous consumer is not only slanderous in its intent; it is completely false and did not originate from a consumer at all.  Ironically, the post was written by an unlicensed window covering retailer who is well known for doing exactly what they are accusing my company of doing.  I would invite any and all interested individuals or agencies to contact me directly and I will identify the origin of this post, as well as share various public documents that clearly characterize the company who is slandering Arjay's Window Fashions, Mr B's Shutters & Blinds and me personally.  My company is a Small Business of The Year Award recipient, maintains a triple A (AAA) Better Business Bureau rating and our record speaks for itself. I will also provide the contact information for consumers and other business' that will both confirm our claim and offer testimony to our good name.  Once again, the information in the slanderous post against my company is utterly false and has absolutly no basis in fact.
