Our dishes do not come clean, and our clothes have a sour smell. The air purifier does not perform as the representative claimed. In fact, as you walk down our hallway, you can smell an offensive smell coming from the inside unit.

The outside unit makes a strange noise that I'm afraid our neighbors will soon complain about. This system does not pay for itself. We have spent more time and money trying to figure out what was wrong. We were also informed that our account would be paid in six years. I guess not. Now we receive numerous phone calls from the company that financed the account; they even call us at work. This company needs to be stopped. He told us that our satisfaction was 100% guarenteed, and if we were not satisfied they would remove the system without question. We'll see.
