Arlene Tokarz Unethical lawyer, immoral, and misrepresented herself as a mediator. Irvine California

When it came time to a divorve from my husband, we chose to use a mediator. She represented herself to me as "our mediator" unless we would disagree, and if so, I would get my own attorney, and she would represent my ex husband. 

She blantely lied to my face - saying she was just a mediator. I did my own research on my own case, only to come to the conclusion that she did, in fact, represent my ex as his attorney. 

Upon calling her, she refused to discuss the case with me, saying she was the representing party for X, and that she would answer basic questions. She also (unbeknownst to me) did my husbands bankruptsy. Family law is not her speciality, and she then told me she "did this as a favor to X"

She's unethical, blantely lied to my face, and misrepresented herself. To my understanding, the attorney has a candor to all parties. She misled me to the fullest. Thios woman will be receiving a complaint from me to the State Bar Of California.
