Arlington Equipment Corp. Bob Mirel FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD!!! This company is stealing money from clients!!! Queensbury New York

Colorado Window Systems, Inc., (CWS) purchased a powered glass manipulator from Arlington Equipment Corp. In 2013. Terms of the agreement consisted of a deposit which required half the purchase price up front and was to be fully refunded upon delivery.

The manipulators original purchase price was listed at $34,000.00 with the deposit being $17,000.00. Our company worked out the financial details through a finance company recommended by Bob Mirel and the terms laid out he deposit shall be paid back upon delivery of the equipment. The manipulator was delivered and in working order. However; the payments for the return of the deposit by Arlington Equipment Corp. have not been forthcoming.

To date, CWS has yet to receive the full balance due. We are owed $11,000.00 of the $17,000.00 deposit. We have taken action by contacting our lawyer who has also had little success in retrieving the debt owed without filing suit, and have also filed a complaint with the Department of State in New York who handles business to business consumer complaints.

The time has come to move this process forward as CWS has been given the run around by Bob Mirel who has failed to comply with the terms of the contract and repeated stated to CWS that he has made some bad business deals and cannot pay the amount owed. Though we feel for anyone experiencing hardship, a binding contract is to be valued and honored. 

CWS would like people in the glazing/construction industries who may need this type of equipment to be aware of the issues we and many others have had in business dealings with Arlington Equipment Corp. and advise in taking your business elsewhere avoiding Arlington Equipment Corp. and their less than admirable business practices.
