Frank Vogel is a scam artist and preys on developers and individuals promising restructure of debt.  Guarantees loan terms suitable for borrower, then takes due diligence fees up front along with In Take Form.  Once fees are paid, it is stall mode and hurry up and wait mode.  Then he does not even call you back.  We checked with his lenders on a slip of the tongue from him and he has none.  He will not give out references yet claims to have been a part of several funding operations which is NOT true.  He took $15,000 from my client and failed to follow through with any due diligence and began the next scam on the next victim.  He is preying legitimate people in search of development money that the banks froze and is a crook.  BEWARE  You will not get funded by Arlington Richfield!
