The Feather Farm, or www.featherfarm.com of Napa California obviously doesn't like customers. When asked questions regarding the cages that they sold, they refused to answer questions and slammed the door in my face.

Arlyta and Jim Brown are obviously the worst bird breeders that I have ever come across. If they don't care no more than that for their customers, I can't imagine how they treat the birds they're selling.

I have read numerous post from people who say that they sell outdated, cheap, slave labored cages from China. From their poor business conduct and lack of ethic's, I believe it.

Arlyta and Jim Brown has let their business go to the birds! As a parrot breeder and owner of hundreds of bird web sites across the internet, I don't appreciate being treated as they treated me and I will do everything in my power to see to it that their poor conduct is exposed nationally.

I have written numerous ebooks on Parrot's and usually give consumer report's for bird owners. The next ebook which is currently in the works will certainly have a word of caution for anyone thinking of dealing with the Feather Farm in Napa California.
