arm solutions contacted me about a late fee or movie that I dod not return. This is not true. I had a certain membership that did not allow late fees and I would not have been able to get additional rentals without returning the previous rentals. This claim against me is for a movie back in October of 2009 and I was never contacted until now 10-24-2012. the amount due is only for $19.99, but this claim is flase and I feel I should not have to pay for something that I do not owe, nor should my credit be affected.
