i had got a phone call from a r m solutions about a debt of a movie i suposaly rented in 2009, but i never rented any movies, games or video's, i always bought the previasly viewed movies, i have a libary of over 200 movies and they say i have an outstanding balence of 20 dollars, there needs to be a class action law siut against hollywood video and a r m solutions,

WEST BAY ACQUISITIONS LLC west-bay-acquisitions-llc-in-cranston-ri West Bay Acquisitions is a SCAM. They place negative collection information on your credit report and try to get you to pay. They purport to be collecting debts for Hollywood Video. I have never done business with HV, never even heard of them. Curiosity made me call West Bay at the number on their website. Jose couldn't tell me what the $45 supposedly bad debt was for. Check their website, it's just one page...how to PAY. I reported West Bay to the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau and the NH & RI State Attorney General's office. Hopefully someone will investigate them. Cranston Rhode Island

Hollywood Videos Video Universe Preview is what the site comes up as, dont know it is Hollywood video until you get your confirmation email. Company offers DVD's at low costs then never sends them! You contact them by email and they say they are refunding you money and never do! Then all your emails are rejected back to you after that! So Internet
