Universal Fidelity is claiming we owe late fees for $35.92 for four different videos rented from Hollywood Video which is a multiple of $8.98 per video.

1) We had a clear an up-to-date account when Hollywood Video closed

2) No one from Hollywood Video has ever contacted us about these late fees

We feel it is a scam!
