I ordered Armando's book in September. I had not even read it when they called me to set an appointment to do an 'orientation' to the help line that was free for 30 days. At the end of the call the person said in an offhand way that if I decided to use the service I would be charged 29.95.

The next day a man called me but I was driving and could not write down any of his information. He said he would email me with the information. I told him at that time that all I wanted was the book and that I really was not interested in the coaching. At that point he said that I had it for 30 days and maybe I would change my mind.

I really thought that by telling him that I was not interested I had taken care of it. I do not remember getting any email from them. It may have gone into my spam file and I deleted it. They did continue to call me but I never answered their calls because I believed they wanted to sell me a much more expensive set of cd's and all I wanted was the book.

I called 800-771-6593, the collection company for Armando Montelongo and talked to Shannon. I told her that I wanted the charge removed because I had never used the service. She played the tape of my conversation and refused to remove it even though I had never used the service. All she kept stating was that I should have called to cancel and I told her that I had never used dthe service and all she did was argue with me.

The bottom line is that the book does not help one bit. It is full of nothing more that hot air. It is a scam to get you to buy $400 plus worth of his cd's. Don't WASTE your money.
