I had ordered from this company in May 2005. They stated that they had official Issue Army Issued ACU Uniforms. Well first thing is when they came they were True-Spec knockoffs with velcro sewn on them.
Anyway again in October 2006 aver one year later they charged on my credit card account again for the same amount. Upon rebutting this with my credit card company, they they stated I charged back the order in August 2005.
The items they sent me were paid for in full, nothing was charged back by myself and they are still as of 1 December tring to charge my credit card for the additional amount.
This company also uses deceptive advertising tring to look like an official goverenment Military Clothing and sales store, by using military rank in a civilian business...which is UNETHICAL. This company is a total FRAUD and tries to rip off Military Members like myself.
If you are military and buy something from them WATCH OUT!!!!! If you have previously done business with them and have been ripped off...REPORT IT

Well the reply was that the certified mail had 1 delivery attempt on 6 January and the letter was returned with the words
RETURN TO SENDER. We will see how the other 3 letters go. Starting to look like a super SCAM. This will go all the way. I just also sent a letter to the New York Consumer Protection Agency.

UPDATE 11 JAN 2007

Well they still refuse to talk to me. Also talked to the Credit card company about the dispute and they say that they have still not replied to them again. Well I also sent a fax and no reponse to that.
Well to me this looks like they tried to Scam someone and got caught. This story is not over yet. They have my phone number, address and now my fax number and recieved 2 certified letters. If this was a legit charge they would not have any problem answering me.
Beware when dealing with this business!!!!!!!!!!

Well after trying to call this company all I get from the person answering the phone is that they cannot talk to me that they can only coorespond with me via postal service. I have so far sent them 2 Letters certified mail, return receipt with absolutely no response. I called them again today knowing that the mail was recieved by them Via the tracking number from the postal service. They told me the same thing and hung up on me.

After trying to get ahold of someone in billing to talk to them on the phone for this 2nd charge. On 3 January 2006 I called and talked to the representative who answered the phone. He said that he had a note from his billing department and that he could not talk to me that I needed to use the postal service to inquire about the 2nd billing that he could not talk about this on the phone and said he had to hang up. He hung up. Where else has anyone heard of having to inquire about a billing matter and having to write them and that you cannot call? FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!
