Armed Forces Vacation Club Took $380 for a week in Penang, Malaysia @ Leisure Cove. The 2 bed had a door that did not lock, toilets did not flush, termite eaten doors - unsafe!!!! Would not reimburse for week, stayed one night & rented two places down the street from this pit. Salt Lake City Internet

This accommodation was booked through Fun Rewards For You through the wholesaler Armed Forces Vacation Club.

The door did not have a lock, had to put luggage against the door. Toilets did not flush, doors were termite infested. The resort never verified the condo at Leisure Cove for 7 months via email or phone. If we had not arrived at 10:30 pm we never would have stayed the night. Left the next morning when the lady at the desk said that there was no other room because the resort was under renovation.  All you heard was them banging & drilling. 

Asked them to call for another resort, I had lost my phone in a taxi in Hong Kong 3 weeks prior to our week in Penang Island,Malaysia. This wholesaler claims we never called to get room changed. Front desk said they called Fun Rewards For You, but it was after hours. Time change is major. Waited til 2:00 the next day - no change so we went to a condo about 6 blocks away.

This Resort was the worse resort I have ever been in. I have been a member of RCI & II and never had experience like this.

Cannot get money back. It stared with a travel package with Global Fulfillment Services.  Beware of these calls that promise the world & do not deliver. If it was direct with RCI that are reputable &  not these no one reimburses you for awful accommodations 

Hopefully this company treats it Armed Services better than treated us seniors.
