This company set harsh condo late fee charge rule 29% of condo fee,
This company has never informed to condo owner how to pay and where to pay,
Or company's condo fee policy,
And send bill to condo owner not timely manner,
Condo owner scare for late charge $79.06 (29%) send condo fee without bill,
Then send condo fee late charge on the bill, or credit on the bill,
Condo owner scare send condo fee twice,
No matter how many time requesting to return over charge condo fee and unfair late charge for several month, (phone call, sending letter faxing, two return certified letter)
But attempted again charge condo fee twice, this company fail to that charge me again $35
