 Similar to the previous reports against this agency. I am trying to do the right thing and to get a debt payment plan that is reasonable for the debt incurred. I have finally enough money to make a payment and I won't be able to. It is the last day of the amnesty program and I have been on hold for hours. The music/connection is spotty and when the person on the line finally answers the line, they disconnect you, because they can't hear you.

 In my business, when we forecast additional volume,we plan for it. We extend hours of operation, add additional staff, have a back up plan should technology fail...this is so frustrating!!! The rip off is that now I will have to pay $4K more in fees.
