 I would not refer my worst drivers to work for Arnold Trans.. The safety personnel is ok but there is one mean person who works in safety and she is mean and can be rude as hell.. She will not help drivers overturn any type of incidents and she will believe the third pary before she will believe what driver have to say. I had to file a rebuttal to get my incident removed off of my DAC record and it was her fault for not helping me get it off my DAC. The mean lady who works in safety.

The company don't pay good. I didn't make over 600 a week with Arnold and they are letting US Xpress handle payroll, Breakdown, claims, and benefits for them. That is sad. The Human Resource department got shut down in Jacksonville, Florida. I guess they was losing money and they trying to blame the economy for the reason of shutting down HR.

That is all bull crap.. The trucks are always in the shop and they refuse to get rid of the raggedy a*s trailers.

I would not refer drivers to apply for a driving job with Arnold Transportation. Jacksonville or the main office in Grand Prairie, Texas. Drivers dont need to work for chump change because drivers have to feed their family..
