This review is not specifically aimed at ARPwave as a service, but more of a warning for others who might be working with them in a business or creative sense. The owner of ARPwave, Dennis Thompson and son Colt Thompson, are one of the most dishonest, misleading and manipulative human beings I have ever worked with. It is long overdue that there garbage was exposed. If you're in the early stages of working with him or have already started a project, BE ABSOLUTELY SURE TO GET A DEPOSIT, and make sure you get everything in writing. He will do or say anything to further his cause, even if it comes at your expense.
I learned this the hard way after completing a very large job for him, only to have him make totally outrageous and unorthodox demands at the last minute, and then refusing to pay for the 6 months of work I put into his job. He makes far-fetched promises which he has no intention of keeping (assurances of future business from all the locations he plans to open, client and colleague referrals, etc.), and will string you along for as long as you let it happen. He will juice you of your expertise and ideas, so don’t give all your tricks away over the phone or email.
So again, consider this fair warning. It's too late for me, but hopefully enough people will share this and we can stop these people from completely wasting the time of hard working small businesses. I have many emails saved that prove the work I did for him along with my ideas and my plans to grow ARPwave as a company. He promised me all this business and money and when the time came he pulled the plug. He used me completely for all my experience and knowledge and stole all my ideas. I built him a new website that took me 6 months of part time work. I have 100's of unpaid hours. This family run company is only out to screw people.

I beg to differ with the individual who made the nasty dishonest complaints about Arpwave's owners. I have worked for them this past year and have had nothing but understanding from each person of my authority here. They are so busy and do their best to make time for each person whome works for them I personally have witnessed and experienced the compassion these people have for their employees. I had an injury prior to coming to this company, in which slows me down a lot at work. they check in with me offer me a hand ask me what's wrong and if there is anything! they can do to help. I have been paid every single time I expect to. They even gave me a generous raise because I didnt feel comfortable with the amount of gas it took me to get there They made sure it worked out for me! There are employees whome have been there for years! that to me shows loyalty from both the owner and the employee and for good reason. I have done plenty of sales jobs that make me nervous as well as flighty... this is definitely not one of those! I suggest to anyone who reads that false report to understand it's out of hate. I'm in touch with several of their employees and none of them make these accusations. this is a complete misunderstanding and I hope the website takes it down for it is not the truth

An update: This turned out to be nothing more than a rather embarrassing business misunderstanding, and we have since resolved our differences. If I were able to remove the post outright, I would, but that's next to impossible on Ripoff Report. ARPwave is a great therapy and I have seen first-hand how many have benefited from it. That was one of my main reasons for wanting to work with them in the first place. It was not my intention to deter anyone living with pain or injury from trying it. Our differences, as stated in my original post, were strictly of a business nature and the result of some untimely miscommunications. After finally having the opportunity to talk things out and make sense of what had happened, I'm confident in recommending them to others, patients and partners alike, as they really are great people to work with.
