Hello. Arrow Financial is report an item on my credit profile for a number of years now. The problem is that I've been reporting this matter as identity theft since 2007 when it was first first brought to my attention. Originally it was being reported by HSBC Bank, who then sold the account to CAPITAL ONE, who then sold it to ARROW FINANCIAL. HSBC has told I must go directly to ARROW FINANCIAL. This Company has stopped responding to me for years now.

I never used a credit card for this matter, but wish you to know that this complaint involves the use of a credit card. Please be advised that I have numerous correspondence to support my claim.
