Johnson Mark LLC Johnson Riddle Mark Practicing Fraud along with Arrow Financial Services and Multnomah County Court Arbitratior Marvin Nepom Newberg, Oregon

I defaulted on a Washington Mutual credit card due to being injured in a car accident and then the poor economy. Three company's claimed they were assigned to collect for WAMU on this account (Arrow Financial, LC Systems and Vital Recovery Group). I requested validation from all three. None replied. Arrow Financial sued me. I requested proof of thier assignment and valid documents per Discovery. They did not respond. The case was sent to arbitration. The arbitrator (Marvin Nepom) decided in Arrow's favor via the Plaintiff's attorney's telephone testimony (John Wilkinson of Johnson Mark LLC).

No Proof of Arrow's claim was ever seen by ME , Johnson Mark LLC or the arbitrator Marvin Nepom. I know the account was charged off and sold to someone, i'm not stupid. The only thig I asked for was PROOF of anyone's claim. Multnomah County Court has the responsibilty of allowing this type of fraud exist. Oregon's attorney general John Kroger lack's the intelligence to understand the problem. The problem being....If you are a consumer in Multnomah County you are on your own with no legal protection.
