Absolutely no integrity whatsoever. My husband and I had been making $250/mo pmts for 2 yrs on a $3000.00 credit card debt in an effort to repair our credit and show our willingness to cooperate. Not one payment was missed until our cell phone service was changed and they were unable to get a hold of us to authorize a payment. Rather than trying alternate methods of contacting us they proceeded to get a garnishment that completely wiped out our entire bank account. Upon contacting them they refused to provide me with any statements of my payment history, telling me that was not their responsibility. They also informed me that even after the nearly $5000 in payments AND the nearly $1000 garnishment from my bank account (which my bank informed me was actually only on a hold and that Johnson Mark LLC could release the hold and return the funds to me should they decide to do so) that we still owed over $3000!!!!! I asked how this was possible and demanded a statement. They said they were at liberty to raise interest and assess fees of any type anytime they wished and that they do NOT provide statements! Unbeleivable! So basically I have given them authorization to debit my bank account every month for $250 til the end of time?! Absolutely sickening!!!!
