Arrow Roofing in Columbus Ohio i asked them to inspect my roof. They sent someone to put shingles on it. The shingles came off my roof leaked. I needed a new roof after all. Customer Service was horrible and hung up on me. Ripped me off for $325.00 Columbus, Ohio

I asked Arrow Roofing to come and inspect my roof after the 09-14-08 Ike storm. She kept asking me do I need a new roof or repairs. I kept saying inspection because I don't know if I needed a new roof. They sent out a mexican guy that barely speaks english. He put 13 shingles on the roof. He said I fix and left. After the Feb 09 storm I found more shingles in my yard. I called another roofer. He told me i needed a new roof. I paid Arrow Roofing $325.00 to put 13 shingles on my roof only to have it leak. I never wanted it repaired. I did not know if I just needed a repair. The office girl refused to send a guy to inspect it. Instead she sent the mexican for repairs. After the second storm, I called another roofer. They inspected my roof and said I needed a new roof. I called Arrow Roofing and told them I needed a new roof and not repairs. She wanted to send someone over right away. I told her no need since I have another roofer. The office girl was rude and hung up on me. When I tried to call her back she had the answering machine answer the phone. How rude!!! I feel they did a terrible job, took my money for terrible service. They refused to refund my money. Not only did they not get my house but I have rental properties and one of the properties needed a new roof also. The total for the 2 roofs come to about $18,000.00. They ripped me off for $325.00 when they could have had my 2 jobs for $18,000.00. The new roofing company that did come out and inspect my roof got both jobs. This just goes to show you, a good company would have sent out an inspector to inspect my roof's. Instead they send out a mexican that does not speak English that says, I fix. No he did not. They just took my money and laughed .
Arrrow Roofing is not a good company for doing a poor job.

An update to Arrow Roofing...Josh is the new manager at Arrow Roofing. He returned the money I was out and he also said they fired the ladies in the office. A whole new management and office workers. By Josh giving me my money in person shows he really wanted to make things right. This company has restored my confidence in them. All I wanted was my money back and that is what I got. Now I have a good relation with Arrow roofing and know that if I called them they would satisfy my problem.
