I have been going to this bank for some time and was totally shocked and surprised that a teller would blatantly steal from me.  I received $300 from my sister to help make a car payment.  I went to this credit union (Arrowhead Credit Union)which is a sister branch of my credit union (Golden 1) with my sister.  My sister waited in the car while I went in the Credit Union.  When it was my turn to go to the window. The teller seemed kind and friendly.  I asked the teller to deposit the 3 $100 dollar bills to my checking account. The teller handed me a different slip of paper from the adding machine instead of the usual bank receipt.  I didn't think anything of it.  I folded the paper without looking at it and put it in my wallet.  I returned to the car and smiled at my sister, so happy that I would be making an extra payment for my car note.  We then went home. 

Several days transpired and I decided to check my account.  I realized that the $300 I had deposited was not on my statement. I figured perhaps it would show up later.  Several weeks passed and I was so busy, I forgot to check for the deposit.  On week 3, I still didn't see any deposit, so I looked for my receipt and couldn't find it.  I then called my credit union and told them what happen and was told by my credit union that I would have to go to the Arrowhead Branch and tell them what happened.  I then went down to the bank and spoke to the manager about my deposit and the day I came to the bank. They said they couldn't do anything unless I had a receipt.  I told them I didn't have a receipt, that the teller gave me a blank piece of paper from the adding machine and not a regular receipt.  I then stated perhaps they could check the cameras which would should me entering and leaving the bank during this window of time that I believe I came to this bank.  I was told by the bank manager that they would look into it and get back to me. 

After several days, I was told that they check the camera's and did not see any footage of me at all.   The bank stated, there is nothing we can do.  I could not identify the teller, after three weeks. Also, I didn't want to falsely accuse the wrong teller.  From this experience, I will say this: Don't trust any teller or bank person.  Always look at your receipt to know exactly what type of receipt you are given.  Many times the teller will engage in any conversation to get your attention from what you are doing. Stay focus, you never know who or what you are talking to.  Thieves come in any shape, form and size.  Don't let the fake kindness trick you.  The thief is waiting to catch you off guard to steal your money.  You never know if the manager is working in cahoot with the teller.  You never know.  I am very disappointed in this bank and warn anyone and everyone who will hear, to watch your money.  I know God will avenge me of this wickedness that happened and I feel sorry for the thief who stole my $300.  I forgive her and hope she stops stealing.  I believe I was not the first victim and will not be the last.  She will be caught.  And whomever is working with her.  Greed is a terrible thing.
