 First you shall know I have worked for ARS Beutler for a very long time, and we'll I'm definitely going to hell. First off ARS BEUTLER wanna be HVAC company / 10 gallons of shot in a 5 gallon bucket, all starts with management, They will not show up to a customers house when asked and will not answer your call. They sit back and treat there employees like s*** so there employees install s*** work. which saves them money. They tell there sales people to sell what you don't need and then send out under paid and over worked installers to put in your equipment half a**, Let's just say,...... If you have had them already install your equipment, go and take a look at what is actually new. half the time it's the old stuff they left, 25 % of the time they spray painted it so it looks new or they just never out put it in. On average home owners, which also have family's and usually end up financing end up paying around 15,000.00 dollars for 3,500 dollars of material. But that's not it........ oh no...... not only do they screw you on material but they also set up the equipment to fail, Odds are a 15 year old life long unit installed by Beutler will last only 3 years, that is just enough time for the warranty to end and now you are having to pay triple price for parts and triple price for zero laber. If you have not purchased equipment yet, do yourself a favor and help a company that is family owned, think of it this way you can pay for HVAC and help pay for hookers, cocaine, abandoned children, cheating work mates, abused wives, mentally abused wives by managers, Or you can buy HVAC and help with family outings, family dinners, college fees, School clothes, tutors.
