We have 11 accounts that ARS is supposed to be handling. It has been 3 months of calling and calling and we have not gotten a SINGLE person to call us back. We have no idea if they have collected money in our behalf but they have not sent us a check for anything. The male receptionist is rude and nosy and continues to forward us to different voice mails.
