I received a call from this number requesting to speak with Heather. I asked Who is this? and the young woman replied, Is this Heather Three times I requested her name and she simply replied asking if I was Heather. I specifically asked her name and she said she was dialer operator and asked if I was Heather. I repeated her name of dialer operator to her and asked what the name of her company was. She replied ARS and I requested clarification if it was ERS or ARS and she replied ARS and she asked if I was Heather. I then asked for her supervisor and she said she would call back and hung up. The young woman refused repeatedly to give me her name and hung up on me instead of giving me her supervisor.

I have received repeated calls asking for Heather and I have had no success with advising them that Heather does not, has never and never will live at this number. It appears that someone foolishly made a high risk unsecured loan to this person and is attempting to make me responsible for the collection of their lost monies. I will not be responsible for someone else's poor business decisions and I might suggest that they pay for their own fiscally irresponsible decision. I want the harassing phone calls to cease and be placed on their do not call list. This is my sixth complaint; please see related 19395697, 19520794, 20506782, 20507322, and 21238809 with each having a request for the calls to stop and varying degrees of unprofessional behavior on the part of the calling parties. This is, of course, not a documentation of all of the calls I have received or a representation of all of the poor behavior.
