Central Dispatch - Lainey Sibble lied to customers for years and years. They do nothing for Carriers, Brokers and Dealerships. Atlanta Georgia

Lainey Sibble (Head of Central Dispatch) and Caleb Oakley (Marketplace Integrity) are two of the biggest liars in the Auto Transport Industry.  What they claim to do for Central Dispatch is a complete lie!   They are two young people with zero intrity and will say anything they are told to say because I am sure they are simply over paid puppets for Cox Automotive.  

They claim to provide security and tools to make moving vehicles a safe and secure platform.  In fact, they do nothing NOTHING NOTHING.   They provide no tools.   They charge anyone willing to join Central Dispatch - NO MATTER HOW FRAUDULENTLY THEY APPEAR!   They just want the membership fee.   

They do not help dealerships, brokers or other carriers at all.  They do not verify or background check any member on central dispatch.  They tell all members to use "best business practices" as if this will shield them from any lawsuits (and it probaby does).  If you need a carrier you need to hire your own private eye practically to figure out who the heck is picking up the vehicle).  

So they talk all high and mighty telling everyone they are doing great things, but in reality there is nothing being done.  Most carriers have "no document packet on file".  How can that be if Central Dispatch was actually doing ANYTHING for the members who need to see these document packets?   What Lainey Sibble and Caleb Oakley put out in their information to members is a complete lie.  

Central Dispatch Software

The central dispatch software is so bad it's ridiculous.  IF you enter information for where the trucker needs to go at POINT A and POINT B, you can not put in a phone number and accurately label it.  You can not put an extension number into the system!  How ridiculous is that?    Also,  no carrier document packet shows the photo of the truck and trailer, the driver license photo or a certificate holder copy of the insurance that includes the trucks year/make/model and VIN number or the trailer year/make/model and the VIN numbers.  So how are they helping anyone when they don't even check the credentials?  They don't care if a carrier has "NO CREDENTIALS" uploaded into a document packet that dealerships and brokers can view.  

What a joke.  

If you are thinking about hiring LAINEY SIBBLE or Caleb Oakley it would be like hiring Karine Jean-Pierre (Joe Biden's press secretary that lied to Americans for years),  a puppet that has zero intelligence and is only hired to promate the lies of the higher powers.  There is no better way to describe the fraud on Central Dispatch.  Brokers and Dealerships would have to spend hours every day investigating carriers "ON THEIR OWN" if they want to be safe. 

Foreign truck drivers on Central Dispatach

There are thousands of truckers on central dispatch with foreign marked driver license ID's.  These driver license photos say "NOT FOR FEDERAL PURPOSES' right on them.  They say "Not For ID Purposes" on them.   Can you believe that?  Central Dispatch lies to all members that they check the carriers.  Lainey Sibble - shame on you for claiming you do check "anything".  YOU DON'T.  Stop being a liar. 

Carriers have no software that will allow them to upload new credentials "as needed".   IT's a six month process (or longer) to get Central Dispatch to upload a document packet for the new carriers or even the current carriers trying to keep their information current.   

Cox Automotive owns Central Dispatch

Cox Automotive owns Central Dispatch, Manheim Auto Auctions, Kelly Blue Book (tell me that is not a conflict of interest - the huge auction company is telling you what the used cars are worth in their own publication "Kelly Blue Book".   A joke.  You would think the U.S. Justice Department would say that is a conflict of interest but they are busy helping people figure out which bathroom to use.  YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN IN AMERICA WITH NO HELP FROM THE GOVERMENT!!!!
