Central Dispatch Total Ripoff Company. Please read this thoroughly. Worst of the Worst Company policies. Completely Corrupt. Internet

Central Dispatch, the dispatch website for Dealerships, Carriers and Brokers, has completely ruined the auto transport industry.  

1) They used to check the carriers to make sure they are running legal and carrying the right credentials.  They no longer car who is a carrier. 

2) Their dispatch software has barely changed in 15 years.  It doesn't work, many features are completely flawed, you can't count on it working, the sort features are horrible.  They make website changes without any advanced warning.  Most changes are for the worse, not for the better.  

3) They hate their own customers.  They do not want to talk to you.  "Send us an email" is their go to answer for everything.  They never respond to email.  They never answer their phones.  If someone answers they tell you to send an email that never gets noticed.  

4)  They have let foreign illegal aliens with terrible equipment flood the system.  Over the last two years the main customer of central dispatch has become Ukrainian truck drivers and their dispatchers in Ukraine who know nothing about business, time zones, how to do a proper bill of lading, how to keep on schedule... etc.  I swear half of them are fueled with Vodka.  

5) Central Dispatch allows carriers with no insurance, no Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration active authority continue to use their site to pickup loads.  They don't care.  They allow carriers with no physical address me members.  You can't send a summons to a post office box when they damage your car and you need to take them to court.  This is outrageous!   Totally Corrupt.  

6) Central Dispatch has been made aware of all the corruption but they simply don't want to hear it.   Many Ukrainian carriers are now using a "fake insurance" office send out fake certificate holder copies of insurance!  Fake insurance allowing the carrier to save over $25,000 per year in insurance expenses.  You say how is this possible?   The police don't care because any damage would be a civil matter.  If your vehicle is damaged you'll never get reimbursed.  You'll spend more in attorney and private investigator fees than the cost of the damage if you try to go after these corrupt carriers.  

7) Dealerships hate Central Dispatch.  They know all about the corruption and the ZERO customer service.  Most dealerships are migrating away from "Dealer Track" software.  They are completely fed up with all the glitches and failed features that never work.  Ask Central Dispatch about it and they will say "we are working on it".... years will go by with no changes of fixes.   Navigating the site has become a game.  You have to figure out alternative ways to navigate the dispatch board.  Moving from one page to another is not always possible.  You have to find which web pages will allow you to move to another part of the site and which pages don't when in reality all the pages should let you move around.  It's awful.  

8) Carriers are fed up with the Manheim Auto Auctions.  They refuse to visit many location due to the nasty employees that cost busy carriers hours waiting for them to pull a car out of their inventory.  You have to bribe these employees to get anything done.  Completely corrupt.   It is so bad the brokers avoid auction cars coming in or going out of Manheim.   

9) The worst part is they don't care.  They don't care about any of it.  On Jan 3rd 2025 they just raised their rates to nearly double the price.  All members are seeing huge increases in their fees to continue to use Central Dispatch.  It's like they want them to find another dispatch board.  What the hell is wrong with them?  

10) I swear they hire computer people to put so much crap out there on the internet that whenever you try to look up Central Dispatch you will never find the bad reviews.  They spend millions trying to hide this so they can eventually sell their system to the next buyer who is completely unaware of their extremely poor business practices.  

11) The hard working independent truck owner who is trying to make a living is being squeezed from every direction.  A load board should offer free postings to dealerships and brokers so that the carriers can find more loads in more locations.  Instead they just double the cost for brokers to be members.  This will kill the site for carriers that were already barely scraping by.   Central Dispatch hates the hard working Americans out there.   They are probably making over 2 million per month on membership fees when in reality they could be making so much more.  You see many carriers are setting up one account for well over 300 to 500 independent carriers that should each be paying a small fee, but they are not paying anything.  Ukrainian call centers are reaching out to the brokers for orders now at a very high rate.  Over 80 percent of carrier calls to brokers are generated from Ukraine, Belaruz, Romania, Georgia (over there not near Alabama).   Central Dispatch is dumb.  If they would reach out to their own customer and analyze what is going on, they could be charging the corrupt entities more because they are breaking all the rules. They could clean up their site in two weeks if they only cared.   

12)  Lazy Lazy Lazy.   They don't want to work. They Don't Care!

Sell the site to someone who cares please.  Everyone hates Central Dispatch.  Dealerships, Carriers and I'm sure not one broker thinks they are doing a good job.  Sad. Incredibly sad and unecessary.  They are just lazy.

Final thought: 

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH A COX AUTOMOTIVE COMPANY.  IF YOU FIND THEY ARE THE PARENT COMPANY..... DON'T BUY IT.  IF YOU HAVE ALTERNATIVE CHOICES - USE THEM. NEVER GET INVOLVED WITH COX AUTOMOTIVE.  THEY LITERALLY HATE THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS AND THEY ARE COMPLETELY CORRUPT.  THEY USE THEIR POWER AND MONEY TO CRIPPLE THE AUTOMOTIVE TRANSPORT BUSINESS IN THE UNITED STATES.  THEY SHOULD BE IN JAIL FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE TO SO MANY SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS JUST TRYING TO SERVE CUSTOMERS.   SHAME ON YOU COX AUTOMOTIVE.  I HOPE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FORCES YOU TO SELL CENTRAL DISPATCH. IT IS CRIMINAL WHAT YOU HAVE DONE WITH ALL THE CORRUPTION GOING ON THROUGH  YOUR WEBSITE.  THE FACT YOU ARE AWARE OF IT AND STILL DO NOTHING MAKES YOU LIABLE.  I HOPE SMART LAWYERS AND A NUMBER OF ATTORNEY GENERALS GO AFTER YOU BECAUSE IT CROSSED EVERY STATE LINE.  THE FEDS NEED TO GO AFTER YOU. UNFORTUNATELY THEY ARE TOO BUSY TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT BATHROOM PEOPLE SHOULD BE USING.  AMERICA IS GOING DOWN RIGHT BEFORE OUR EYES.
