Cydcor, DS Max, Arsenelee Advertising 70 hour work weeks NO MONEY EVER RIP-OFF San Francisco California

I worked for the Arsene-Lee advertising Agency (Cydcor, ds-max)for about two weeks. And, Even though i consider myself a very strong-willed person, I could not handle this.. and no self-respecting person would.

Seventy hour work weeks, if you were not the the first there(5:30) and the last to leave(sometimes 9:00) you were looked down upon.

Sitting was a no-no. Never. Bad juju. Coming into the office from 8 straight hours of walking, if you sat you were weak and told so.

Lunch? What was that? 10 minutes at most when I was out with my trainer. Five minutes to sitdown, PLEASE? nope... Gotta keep going. I haven't seen enough frickin no's yet.

Better yet you couldn't do anything without asking/being told to.

Sorry, I moved out of my mothers house to get away from that.

Friendly? Maybe. Only if you liked that artificial "you're not getting into my clique" How are you? thing.

In two weeks I made about 200 dollars. BEFORE Taxes. divide that by about 140 hours(for two weeks) and you've got.... 1.50 an hour. Which, to get to my point...
I have not seen a dime of that money and it has been over a month since i last worked for them.

All-in-all I think they are a group of people who thrive on being tyranical slave-drivers and recieve some sick glee in telling us what we can/cannot do.

Do not fall for their "this is the best place to work" Crap. I saw more people turn over there in my two-weeks, than anyplace I have worked combined.

Like any good cult, they have the powers to draw you in and make you think that this is it. Don't believe it.
