I ordered a 32 man officially ranked EA Games Battlefield 2 server ($192.00 per month), which this company is licensed to provide to EA customers. After delivery, the server was experiencing performance issues which rendered it unuseable. When I contacted support they at first admitted to a hardware issue and shortage on their part, but after telling them this was unacceptable, they then said it was an issue with EA's software. After speaking with several other games server providers and software manufacturer, I learned this was false and promptly asked for a refund. They refused, instead offering to issue me "tokens" for credit to use for other game services they provide. Please beware of companies like this when purchasing services on the internet. Apparently the button for purchase absolves them of any responsibility to deliver that for which they were contracted to provide.

This issue has been resolved and I have a working server, however this company treats its customers like dirt and I would advise against doing business with them until they revise their terms of service and offer some kind of refund policy.
