Art Zulu or Shimmer Creative oh man, where do I begin.. New York New York

So Shimmer Creative is pretty much the old company of Art Zulu. If you look up other reports on Art Zulu, you'll find many negative information on them. 

Lora Flaugh is a "Marketing, brand identity agency" yet she also considers it to be a "design agency" as well? Sure, why not.  It doesn't make sense to me how a branding agency doesn't have any Full-time paid designers. There are only interns who she uses for her client work. Here's the thing, if the company is profiting off the intern's work, the intern should be compesated. Lora has the tendancy to about her accomplishments to her interns, making promises to them that will obviously get them excited. However, this is far from how a company should be run. 

Most of the work she does for clients are rarely legal. I won't go into detail about that, but lets just say, pinterest and google images. 

If you want to work for a company who teaches you how to do work PROPERLY, this is not the place for you. They have zero full-time, properly paid employees, but she makes promises to the interns that she wants to hire you full-time. Lies. There are many companies out there who you can work or intern for and actually LEARN something.
