Artech Information Systems, LLC Sue Casola is the HR Director who has AWFUL communication skills, and LIES. ARTECH INFORMATION HAS NOT PAID ME FOR 4.5 WEEKS. THEY LIE ABOUT SENDING A CHECK AND SETTING UP DIRECT DEPOSIT ON TIME. Cedar Knolls, New Jersey

I started working through Artech Information Systems LLC on October 15 at another company, located in Chicago.  Their client, my actual employer, is great.  However, Artech has STILL not paid me, and it is now November 12.

They claimed that I was to be paid on Tuesday, November 6.  They said that my first check would be a paper one, mailed to me; and then my second one and those thereafter would be direct deposited.  November 6 came and went, and I received no check. They blamed it on the mail and Hurricane Sandy.  They claimed that they mailed my check on Friday, November 2.  My second week ended on Friday, October 26.  To make a person wait 11 days after the end of a pay period is BAD ENOUGH...AND LONG ENOUGH.  But now it has been 18 days since the end of my first pay period, and I have still not been paid.

They said they CANCELLED the first check, and that they were ready to send me a second one. I told them that there was no way I was going to wait for another paper check....and that I wanted it direct deposited immediately.  The HR Director, Sue Casola said on Monday, November 12, that as long as I was "set up" already (I forgot what strange term she used, but I can find it if I have to), that that shouldn't be a problem.  Well, I came home that evening, and there still wasn't even a pending transaction of a deposit.

These people are charlatans.  The recruiter who set me up with my company said that I would be able to work from home a few days per week.  No...they said that I have to go downtown every day....can not work from home.  They never told me that I would have to wait three and a half weeks for a first paycheck (and now, it's 4.5 weeks).

They never told me that I would have to wait 45 days to get medical coverage.  A person has to wait  30 days AND THEN wait until the 1st of the next month before they're covered. So, if someone starts on Oct. 2, they don't get covered for medical benefits until December 1.  I've never worked for a cheaper, and now I find complete scam-artist charlatan of a company.

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU ARE AN EMPLOYER LOOKING TO RECRUIT EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS.  DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE IF YOU ARE A JOB SEEKER.  THEY NEED TO BE THROWN OUT OF BUSINESS, AND I HOPE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IS DRAWN AGAINST THEM.
